About Us
We connect global businesses with vetted manufacturers across the Middle East and North Africa. On-the-ground teams, Arabic-language fluency, and in-person factory oversight at every stage.
The MENA region holds extraordinary manufacturing capability: Jordan's duty-free apparel zones, Egypt's world-class cotton textiles, Morocco's automotive precision, Lebanon's luxury artisan goods, and the Gulf's industrial-scale production capacity. But for most global procurement teams, accessing this capability is impractical.
Levantine Manufacturing Partners exists to solve that problem. We are a sourcing and manufacturing management firm that operates physically across the Levant, Gulf, and North Africa. We identify the right factories, manage production on-site, ensure quality through in-person oversight, and coordinate logistics from factory gate to your warehouse.
Our teams are Arabic-fluent, regionally based, and present in the factories we source from. There is no translation layer, no remote brokerage, and no blind spots between the production floor and your delivery dock.
Most global businesses know that MENA manufacturers offer competitive pricing, proximity to European markets, and product quality that rivals established Asian supply chains. But knowing the opportunity exists and being able to capture it are two different things.
The barriers are real: fragmented supplier directories, language complexity, cultural nuance in business negotiations, regulatory environments that vary by country, and logistical infrastructure that requires regional knowledge to navigate efficiently. These are not problems you solve with a database search or a trade show visit.
Business relationships in MENA operate differently. Negotiations, timelines, and commitments follow cultural norms that require local understanding to navigate effectively.
Export regulations, trade agreements, customs procedures, and certification requirements vary significantly across MENA countries and change frequently.
Freight routes, port infrastructure, customs bottlenecks, and delivery timelines require on-the-ground knowledge that remote procurement teams do not have.
We are not remote brokers. Every part of our operation is built on physical presence and direct relationships.
Our sourcing and production management teams are physically based in the regions we serve. They visit factories, attend production runs, and conduct quality inspections in person. When we recommend a manufacturer, it is because our team has walked their production floor.
Every manufacturer in our network is vetted through on-site visits. We evaluate production capacity, quality control systems, workforce conditions, and export readiness before recommending them to clients. No factory joins our shortlist without a physical audit.
Our teams communicate directly with factory management in Arabic. This eliminates the specification miscommunication, negotiation friction, and timeline ambiguity that come from operating through translators or English-only correspondence in a region where Arabic drives business.
Our primary operations are concentrated in the Levant, the region we know most deeply. Our extended network reaches across the Gulf states and North Africa, giving clients access to manufacturing capability across the entire MENA corridor.
This is not a global directory. We operate in the countries where we have physical presence, established factory relationships, and the regional knowledge to deliver results. If we do not have on-the-ground capability in a market, we tell you.
Our core operating region with the deepest factory relationships and on-site presence.
Industrial-scale manufacturing and world-class logistics infrastructure.
Textile powerhouses, European proximity, and emerging manufacturing markets.
We structure our services to fit how you work. Three models, each designed for a different stage of your MENA sourcing journey.
A fixed fee for a defined sourcing or production management project. You tell us what you need, we scope the work, and you know the cost before we start. Best for first-time MENA sourcing or one-time production runs.
A percentage-based fee on the goods we source and manage for you. Our incentive is aligned with your volume and cost efficiency. Best for ongoing procurement where we manage the full supplier relationship.
A monthly retainer for ongoing supply chain management, quality oversight, and logistics coordination. Best for companies with continuous MENA manufacturing needs who want a dedicated regional team.
Tell us what you are looking for. We will send you a factory shortlist, pricing benchmarks, and a clear path to production. No commitment required.
